Property & Land Buyers are purchase property and land across England, Wales and Scotland.
When we have received information either through the adverts, website contact form or telephone we will arrange to ring you back. Telephone calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. We will review the information you have given us and we may send you a property viewing recorder.
We will then issue an offer to you which you are not obliged to accept.
We can complete the process within 7 days if required although it can take longer than this depending on the conveyancing (legal) process. The are no fees related to getting an offer from us unless we agree otherwise.

Any offer we issue is the purchase price we are willing to pay you. As we purchase property for other individuals the sale process may take longer. Once you have agreed to accept our offer we will arrange a valuation of the property.

Offers made by Property & Land Buyers are Below Current Market Value. There is no cost to you and we aim to pay your legal fees depending on the offer that we give.
If you are selling land, the process to get an offer may take up to 14 -30 days. Our aim is to increase the value of the land and we are happy to work with land owners to maximise the value of their land. This can all be arranged a heads of terms contract which will provide you legal protection.
Whether it’s land or property – we can reassess our offer at any time and withdraw the offer at any time without any liability to us. You have no right to claim any expense or costs from us.

It is important you detail the reasons for your complaint. We will reply with receipt of complaint received within 7 working days and reply to your complaint within 14 working days after the date of receipt confirmation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our response then we will guude you as to the next steps.
